Tile & Stone Medics Overview
The customers just wanted to put the life back into their marble floor. Tile & Stone Medic used its Cheetah Pad system. We used the diamond pad stage number 2 to start with. Water is sprayed onto the floor and then the stage 2 pad with rotary machine moved across the floor in circular motions for approximately 3 minutes, this take the marble back to its raw stage, thus removing scratches and stains. One square metre is covered at each time. The area is then fresh water extracted. Once the whole floor has been covered by this process, we then move to the second stage using monster polishing powder and a 12000 grit diamond encrusted monkey pad. Again one metre is covered at anyone time with water and polishing powder applied to the floor. The monkey pad with rotary is moved over the area in circular movements for 3 minutes and then fresh water extracted. Once all dry an impregnating sealer is applied to protect the floor from staining. Result, a nice new shiney marble floor!
