Travertine Tile Kitchen Floor: 14th March 2013 Mrs Turbett (Dorridge, Solihull, West Midlands)
We’ve had the floor down for over 9 years and I have scrubbed it I don’t know how many times, but it’s never looked this good, I’m amazed! This travertine floor had very uneven edges so a lot of the cleaning had to be done manually.The grout lines were quite wide and therefore harboured quite a lot of soiling. Once the floor was cleaned and dry, we treated the floor with an impregnating sealer as the customer wanted a natural look Travertine generally looks better looking natural, rather than applying topical sealers.
